Returns and Exchanges

If within 30 days of delivery you change your mind and the garment is

  • unworn,
  • still in its original packaging,
  • unlaundered, and
  • has its original tags

then we'll happy to refund you less any shipping charges.

Please allow 14 days for us to process your return. We can only process refunds onto the original card that the purchase was made on.

If you received free or discounted shipping, then the standard delivery fee will be deducted from the refund total.

Some items, such as Clearance items in our "Last Call" section, or items designated "No Returns" in the product description may not be returned or exchanged.

To ensure a safe and prompt return or exchange, please

  • pack items carefully into the packaging it came in, or a sturdy box;
  • use a traceable method to keep track of where your return is; and
  • include your order number (if you are requesting an exchange, please note the new items that you would like).

You are responsible for paying the return shipping charges to our warehouse unless your items arrived damaged or you did not receive what you ordered. If you're doing an exchange, you won't have to pay shipping for us to ship the exchanged item back to you via standard delivery.

If your order was incorrectly shipped or has damaged items, it is important that you return them to us in the same condition that you received them to ensure a full refund.
