What happened to your quality
These used to be my go to underwear but the past few purchases have just fallen apart. The waistband buckled after one wash on one pair (but not the other??) and then a seam at the bottom under the crotch split open while I was running. That run ended right there. Guess it's time to move on from Cin2.
My New Favourites
I'll admit it: I'm a tighty-whities guy. I love a basic, fly-front brief. I think they're comfortable, supportive, and, yes, sexy. These are the best non-traditional cut underwear I've ever found. They fit perfectly: not too high, not too low. And, they are the first fly-front briefs that I've found that I find myself actually using the fly instead of pulling down the front. PLEASE KEEP MAKING THEM. I would love to replace my current underwear collection with a drawer full of these, in all different colours and prints - even, and especially, in white.
I was really pleased to see a ""basic"" brief being offered in a 95% cotton/5% spandex-type material. C-IN2 has WAY too many options in the 100% cotton version, which I find to be too boring by itself. I currently wear the Prime brief, and the material composition of those are 59% cotton, 39% modal/rayon viscose and 2% spandex/elastane/lycra, but they still aren't as ""smooth"" as I'd like them to be. When I saw the 95% cotton and 5% spandex on these ""Slash"" briefs, and they were offered in white, I immediately bought them. The material composition is EXACTLY the same as some higher-end designer briefs I used to wear for years prior to C-IN2. Those briefs fit amazingly well and felt even better! When the ""Slash"" briefs arrived, they even felt the same as the designer ones I just referenced, and I thought I found a winner. While they feel as if you almost have nothing on at all, the material is just way too thin! In addition, there's something about the cut of the front of these that is just downright sloppy! When using the fly throughout the day, it stretches the front of the brief and literally everything is just ""hanging low."" There's absolutely no support whatsoever with these. The fly doesn't even ""snap back"" into place... it's just wide open! Very poor design and fabric quality! It'd be nice to see C-IN2 focus more on quality pieces and collections vs. all the ""novelty"" stuff they seem to adept at pumping out. An example... taking the ""Core Profile Brief,"" and making it in something other than just 100% cotton so it's a bit more smooth in feel. The waistband size on that is PERFECT, and the color white availability with the design/cut would make them perfect! If C-IN2 stopped with all the novelty and ""stripper wear,"" maybe then, a product like this with a nice material composition could actually be produced with a bit more attention to detail and quality.
These fit perfectly. I like them so much that I bought another two pair. So stop wondering. Just buy these now!
Basic everyday briefs!
Comfortable and Breathable
These are great everyday choices. Fun colors, soft and very comfortable.
I wear them daily to the office as well as when I'm active playing tennis or working out at the gym. They are very comfortable and stay in place. They fit a bit larger initially but after washing, they seemed to shrink for a personalized fit.
This underwear is perfect in every way. It has a good feel to it thus making it feel good under your clothes.
I bought several in the same size just different styles and these wear uncomfortably tight.
I disagree with the other review, these are a great everyday fit. Very basic and classic which I like. I have a decent size in front and back, also good for lounging in too.
Sadly, poor fit
Thought these would be the every day brief, but when I put them on, the fit was not great at all. They're really tight around the thigh and hip and much smaller than anything I have tried before. Unfortunately, I had to toss them.
