For reference, I'm 6'3" and 165lbs. I've been buying and wearing the Core Mid Rise brief for many years now in the size medium. I've always wished C-IN2 had a fabrication like these new Premium Stretch briefs, and they delivered as far as that is concerned.
Unfortunately, the medium was just too tight for me. I noticed it especially in the front and around the leg opening (as other reviews have pointed out). I then decided to order a large and see how they worked out. While definitely not as tight, I can't say that I like how they look on me. The large looks like something one would expect from a standard, run-of-the-mill underwear company. I have stuck with C-IN2 for not just premium fabrication, but also design, which I can't seem to make work in a large. Of note, I'd be very interested to find out if the picture on the card insert of each brief package is sporting a model wearing the low rise or mid rise. I say this because when I looked at myself in the mirror with the large on, the first few things that came to mind were "dated deaign" and "geriatric."
All six pairs (3 medium and 3 large) are being tossed in the trash now that I've given them a full wearing. I'll be sticking with the Core Mid Rise brief in 100% cotton. Or, if I want something more stretchy that also has a modern streamlined fit, I've got another brand waiting in the wings. Unfortunately, their fabrication is slightly more sheer than these Premium Stretch briefs, and I do prefer something a bit…

Quite disappointed with this from C in2.
Great-looking brief, but unfortunately the pouch is too flat and restrictive, with not enough room where it counts. A deeper, more anatomical pouch would make an otherwise excellent design much more comfortable and less suffocating.

Great fitting briefs with a nice stretch to them, very comfortable for all activities. Normal size for me is large for the extra room but I went up 1 size to XL for even more comfort and I have a bad habit of putting everything into the dryer. . My only issue is I wish that the pouch had a bit more room.
