How do I make a return or exchange?

1. Go to our Returns Center.

2. Enter the your Email Address and your Order Number from the order confirmation email (make sure to add the hashtag # in front of your order number).

3. Follow the instructions on the page.

4. After your request has been approved, you can ship using your preferred shipping method. Or, you can print a label from our Returns Center.

Can I return a damaged product?

If you received a product with a factory defect, send an email to support@c-in2.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged product within six months of the order date.

We do not replace items from normal wear and tear.

Can I make an international return?

International orders are Final Sale.

Do your return labels cover international returns?

No, our return labels do not cover international returns. To use our return labels, your return items must be sent from the United States

Are there returns fees?

  • For refunds: A $5 flat fee is applied for shipping and processing.
  • For store credit: We provide a free return label.
  • For exchange: We provide a free return label.

What is the last day that I can process a return request online (RMA)?

Customers may return items within 60 days of the order date.

Can I use the return label after 30 days?

Yes, the return label should still be valid.

When will I get my refund or exchange?

Please allow 14 days for us to process your return.

Sending your products

1. Pack items carefully into a tough box.

2. Use a traceable method to keep track of where your return is.

3. Include your RMA slip.

4. Then send all items for returns or exchanges to our warehouse.

Returns conditions

  • Customers may return items for refund, store credit or exchange within 60 days from the order date.

  • Return requests must be processed through our online portal.

  • The products must be in salable condition to be eligible for return or refund, store credit or exchange.

  • The garment must be:
    • Unworn
    • Still in its original packaging
    • Unlaundered
    • Has its original tags
  • Return fees:
    • For refunds: A $5 flat fee is applied for shipping and processing.
    • For store credit: We provide a free return label.
    • For exchange: We provide a free return label.
  • Our return labels do not cover international returns. To use our return labels, your return items must be sent from the United States.

  • If your order was incorrectly shipped or has damaged items, please email support@c-in2.com.

We now offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) for our customers who are shipping to the United Kingdom. Customs and brokerage fees, duties and VAT are included in the shipping fees. For orders that are shipping to destinations outside of the United States (including Canada), you may have to pay duties and taxes to your country's government.
