Returns and Exchanges:

Returns

If within 60 days of delivery you change your mind and the garment is:

  • unworn, 
  • still in its original packaging, 
  • unlaundered, and 
  • has its original tags 

Then we'll be happy to refund you to the original payment or issue you a store credit.

Please allow 14 days for us to process your return. 

Exchanges

If within 30 days of delivery you change your mind and the garment is:

  • unworn, 
  • still in its original packaging, 
  • unlaundered, and 
  • has its original tags 

Then follow the Exchange Process below to request an exchange.

All Returns and Exchanges are subject to approval.

How do I make a return or exchange?

For US Customers:

  1. Go to our Returns Center (https://www.c-in2.com/apps/returns).
  2. Enter the Order # and your Email Address.
  3. Follow the instructions on the page.
  4. After your request has been approved, you can ship using your preferred shipping method. Or, you can print a label from our Returns Center.

For International Customers (including Canada):

Please, contact Customer Support at help@c-in2.com or leave us a message on LiveChat Support.

To ensure a safe and prompt return or exchange, please:

  • pack items carefully into a tough box; 
  • use a traceable method to keep track of where your return is; and 
  • include your order number (if you are requesting an exchange, please note the new items that you would like).

If your order was incorrectly shipped or has damaged items, it is important that you return them to us in the same condition that you received them to ensure a full refund.

Exceptions To Return Policy

For orders placed on Amazon.com, please visit amazon.com/returns to request return authorization.

Any items purchased as Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.

We now offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) for our customers who are shipping to the United Kingdom. Customs and brokerage fees, duties and VAT are included in the shipping fees. For orders that are shipping to destinations outside of the United States (including Canada), you may have to pay duties and taxes to your country's government.
