- For refunds: A $3 flat fee is applied for shipping and processing.
- For store credit: We provide a free return label.
- For exchange: We provide a free return label.
Returns
If within 60 days of delivery you change your mind and the garment is:
- Not tried on
- Unworn
- Still in its original packaging
- Unlaundered
- Has its original tags
Then we'll be happy to refund you to the original payment or issue you a store credit.
Please allow 14 days for us to process your return.Â
Exchanges
If within 30 days of delivery you change your mind and the garment is:
- Not tried on
- Unworn
- Still in its original packaging
- Unlaundered
- Has its original tags
Then follow the Exchange Process below to request an exchange.
*All Returns and Exchanges are subject to approval.
*Exchanges are final and cannot be returned.
How do I make a return or exchange?
For US Customers:
- Go to our Returns Center (https://www.c-in2.com/apps/returns).
- Enter the Order # and your Email Address.
- Follow the instructions on the page.
- After your request has been approved, you can ship using your preferred shipping method. Or, you can print a label from our Returns Center.
For International Customers (including Canada):
International orders are Final Sale.
To ensure a safe and prompt return or exchange, please:
- pack items carefully into a tough box;Â
- use a traceable method to keep track of where your return is; andÂ
- include your order number (if you are requesting an exchange, please note the new items that you would like).Â

If your order was incorrectly shipped or has damaged items, it is important that you return them to us in the same condition that you received them to ensure a full refund.
