Returns For Refund Or Store Credit
Customers may return items for refund or store credit within a 45-day period.
Exchanges
Customers may exchange items within a 60-day period.
Note:
- Please allow 14 day for us to process your return.
- We charge a $3 flat fee for all returns if you use our shipping label.
The products must be in salable condition to be eligible for return for refund, store credit or exchange. No returns or exchanges for Final Sale items will be accepted. The garment must be:
- unworn,
- still in its original packaging,
- unlaundered,
- and has its original tags.
*All returns and exchanges are subject to approval.
*If your order was incorrectly shipped or has damaged items, it is important that you return them to us in the same condition that you received them to ensure a full refund.
‣ How do I make a return or exchange?
For US Customers:
- Go to our Returns Center (https://www.c-in2.com/apps/returns).
- Enter the Order # from the order confirmation email or Customer PO from the receipt and your Email Address.
- Follow the instructions on the page.
- After your request has been approved, you can ship using your preferred shipping method. Or, you can print a label from our Returns Center.
For International Customers (including Canada):
We gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return for an international order, please contact Customer Support at help@c-in2.com. Customers will be responsible for the cost of returns shipping. Refunds will be processed for the cost of merchandise and tax only.
We do not offer exchanges for international orders.
Exceptions To Return Policy:
Any items purchased as Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.
