I’ve spent way too much money trying to find the "perfect" tank top, and I’m calling it now: the C-IN2 Core Tank is the undisputed winner. If you’re looking for that elusive balance between comfort and a fit that actually looks good, this is it.
Why it’s the best ever:
• The Fit is Unreal: Most tanks are either too baggy (looking like a hand-me-down) or too tight (feeling like a sausage casing). This hits that "Goldilocks" zone. It’s fitted enough to show off the chest and shoulders but has just the right amount of give around the waist.
• The Fabric: It’s 100% breathable cotton, but it doesn't feel cheap or thin. It has a premium weight to it that stays soft wash after wash. It doesn't lose its shape or get those weird "bacon" necklines after one day of wear.

Fits great. The length is a bit long. I had to do alterations. Otherwise, it looks sexy and feels comfortable wearing.

If these tanks were a little thicker, or had stronger stretch, they'd be PERFECT. Unfortunately they stretch out quickly.

Fits great. The length is better than cheaper tanks. Waiting to see if it shrinks shorter after a few washes. So far, so good.

I think C-IN2 makes some of the best tank tops in the business. Clean, modern and aesthetic. I had the CORE version (XL) of this which was made years ago but still have them. I purchased them in 2017. I wanted some new ones and learned that the name changed to Layers. I have a very athletic build and purchased in Nov 2025 size (M). I read some reviews and the consensus was to purchase your normal size. I did and the fit is a bit snugger more than I wanted but it works. I decided to purchase (L) and they work as well. The ONLY difference is the length which is not drastic. I'm 6'0, 180, 41" Chest. Hope this helps!
